Results and Outcomes

HAMD – 2017 Key stage 4 Outcomes

We are imensely proud of all our Year 11 students and their teachers for achieveing a remarkable set of results in 2017.

The key measure for all schools is now Progress 8. Good schools will be expected to achieve a score above zero and outstanding schools will be expected to achieve +0.5. Our Progress 8 score of +1.06 is outstanding and indicates that on average our Year 11 students achieved over a grade higher in all of their subjects than would be expected nationally. We are confident that this result will place Harris Academy Morden well within the best 1% of schools in the country.

Our Ebacc score, the percentage of students achieving a L4+ in English and maths and a grade A*-C in each of science, a humanities subject and a Modern Foreign Language is a record high at 29%. Our Basics score, the percentage of students achieving a grade L4+ in both English and maths is also a record high.
