Work Insight Day at Ernst & Young

Thirty Year 10 students recently visited the London Bridge offices of Ernst & Young (EY) as part of our Personal Development Programme.

During the Work Insight Day, students met professionals from a range of departments, enjoyed a tour of EY’s impressive offices, and took part in a consultancy challenge that encouraged teamwork, problem-solving and presentation skills.

The visit gave students a valuable insight into the world of work and the wide variety of careers available within one of the world's leading professional services firms. Students learnt about EY’s global reach, with around 400,000 employees working across more than 150 countries, and gained a greater understanding of the skills and opportunities available in the modern workplace.

The experience was both informative and inspiring, helping students to explore future career pathways and develop their aspirations for life beyond school.
