How to Report an Absence
Parents and Carers are responsible for reporting all absences as follows.
If a student is unable to attend the Academy, parents/carers must contact the attendance line leavig a message before 8am on that day via email attendance@harrismorden.org.uk or call 020 8687 1157. When parents/carers contact the Academy in relation to a student’s absence the below information is required;
- Full name of student
- Tutor group of student
- Reason for absence and when the student is likely to return
The Academy will then decide whether the student will be given an authorised or unauthorised mark.
